The co-founders of RV developed and managed the Cohen family real estate portfolio. They formed RV and leveraged the family office network and flexible capital base to focus on investments overlooked by criteria constrained investors.

RV acquires its first asset in March 2020. The ensuing pandemic results in a rapid portfolio expansion that capitalizes on market dislocation.
