The Firm

Born from a family office

Regal Ventures was formed to give friends and family the ability to participate alongside the family office in future investments. Over the years, Regal has expanded that access to outside capital sources and experienced continued success.

Who We Are

75+ years of combined experience

With deep industry relationships and a flexible capital base, Regal offers its capital partners access to coveted opportunities that criteria-constrained investors routinely overlook.

The co-founders developed and managed the Cohen family real estate portfolio before forming Regal — leveraging that network and an owner-operator mindset to pursue mispriced, middle-market assets.
