Kushner, Rockpoint sell Brooklyn retail condo for $12M

Real Estate Weekly noted that Rockpoint Group and Kushner Companies sold the retail condominium at 184 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for $11.7 million to a joint venture between Regal (Regal Acquisitions) and The Jackson Group. Matthew J. Marshall of Marshall Real Estate represented both sides, with the sellers providing seller financing as a key component of the deal.
