Regal Ventures acquires grocery-anchored retail condo in Hell's Kitchen

Regal Ventures (formerly Regal Acquisitions) acquired a 37,165-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail and parking condo at 897 Eighth Avenue in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen, four blocks south of Columbus Circle, for $35,250,000 from Prudential Financial.

The retail component is anchored by a Gristedes supermarket alongside established neighborhood tenants including Pick a Bagel, Da Tommaso Ristorante, and Blank Street Coffee, beneath a 253-unit residential tower.
