SomeraRoad sells Cheesecake Factory at SouthSide Works to Regal Ventures

The Pittsburgh Business Journal reported that SomeraRoad, master developer of the SouthSide Works mixed-use district, sold its anchor Cheesecake Factory restaurant property to Regal Ventures as it continued to redevelop the district's remaining parcels. The Cheesecake Factory — which draws a million or more diners a year — is among the few original tenants staying put under the new ownership.
